What a day...

Wow, what a day... we had received great news this morning. All of our family and friends are safe after the 35W bridge collapsed yesterday in Mn. I spoke with my brother this morning and he had driven over it 10 minutes earlier. He commented that he must have a guardian angel because he escaped the terrorist attacks in NY in 2001 and now the bridge collapsing. Whew. We feel very lucky today.

Zoo Trip

We took a Monday morning trip to the zoo! Everyone had a great time including Cole, Maddie, Mommy and Grandma!

Our Visitors Have Gone

The last of our visitors have gone, and we miss them already! Everyone had lots of fun, Cole and Maddie especially with all of the extra attention. The pics are of Grandma and Grandpa taking turns spoilin Cole...

Cole is Baptized

Cole was baptized yesterday at St. Louise in Bellevue. He was a champ and didn't even cry when the water was poured on his head. As a matter of fact, he behaved wonderfully, and was a shining example to his sister-whose behavior although not terrible, was that of a 3 year old. Cole and Maddie's cousin Benny got to participate in Mass too and did a great job of carrying up the gifts. We had a great lunch with everyone and Grandma and Grandpa, auntie and cousin Benny headed back to Mn this morning.
