Poor Lucy Goose

Well, its been about a month since Arlo's passing and Lucy has not taken it well at all. She cries at night, and has totally acted out including purpose filled actions on the floor, bed, dressers, doors, etc. Over the last few days she has stuck to me like glue, and now head-butt's me for attention. She wants me to be with her always, and has a totally hissy fit when she has to be kenneled up if we go out. I feel just awful for this pooch because she is lost without her brother. I called the vet and we ran through every possible scenario to help Lucy out... except one...getting a puppy for Lucy. Who knows...

Ah to have an infant...

Well, we thought we were on a roll pre-baptism with Cole sleeping through the night...but he has decided that maybe he's missing something and would like to get up to see what's going on in the middle of the night. At least he greets us with a smile...at 2am. hee hee

Roo-ville

We visited the Outback Kangaroo Farm in Arlington the other day and had quite an adventure! Not only did we get to tour the facilities (someone's acreage), we got to feed and pet Wallabies, Kangaroo, Emu, Llama, goats, pigs, cavies, donkeys and many other critters. I think Maddie liked feeding the Llama best-from her mouth! She was also really excited about holding a baby wallaby. (so was mom). Cole got an up close visit from a few cavies.
